Which kinds of ads can you help with?
We often start with Facebook and Instagram. Google Search, eligible Local Services Ads, or newer channels such as ChatGPT ads may fit too. We confirm access, policies, and the right plan for your budget before you commit.
Do I need to advertise everywhere?
No. Start with a focused campaign for the services you want to grow. We review what it brings in, then recommend whether to improve it, try another channel, or hold off on more spending.
Will I know which ads bring customers?
We check your tracking first. With the right accounts connected, you can follow an ad through to a call or booking. Sales need a link to your payment or customer records. We tell you what we can measure and what still needs setup.

Is ad spend part of the plan?
No. Ad spend is separate from your Nephew quote and is paid to the ad platform. We show the budget and any other costs before you approve the work.

Do I stay in control?
Yes. We agree on permissions and what needs your review during setup. Nephew handles routine work within those boundaries. You can change your preferences or reach our team whenever you need.
Can I see Nephew before I hire it?
Yes. Start with a free assessment using public information from your website and online presence. On the demo, we add your goals, capacity, and current setup, then walk you through the recommended priorities and custom quote. No card needed. We make no changes to your website or accounts.
Will Nephew work with the tools I already use?
Yes. Keep the tools that already work for your business. Nephew works with them, and our team handles the setup. We agree on the actions, permissions, and approval rules before work starts. Your accounts and customer data stay yours.
Do I have to use everything Nephew offers?
No. Start with one service or several, then add more as Nephew earns your trust. We recommend where to start and give you one custom quote for the help you choose. If your business needs something custom, we build that too, like following up on an unanswered estimate, reminding customers when service is due, or adding a booked job to your schedule. The work and price are agreed first.
Do I have to do any of the work?
No. We handle setup and the day-to-day work in your plan. Tell us your goals and give us access to the tools we need. Then leave it to us, or stay involved as much as you like.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
Tell us. If you’re not happy in your first 90 days, we’ll refund your Nephew fees. Work covered by a custom quote is included.
